Who am I?

My work began with anxiety, depression and a need to understand what was happening inside my own body.

I learned that strength isn’t found in comfort, or in trying to think our way out of distress. It’s built when we stay present with discomfort — when we learn how to meet it, rather than run from it.

Cold water became a teacher.
It took away distraction.
It demanded breath, attention and choice.
It showed me how the nervous system responds — and how it can be guided, not forced.

Over time, through training, teaching and working alongside people in mental health and community spaces, this understanding deepened.

Now, through Cold. Calm. Clear., I help individuals and workplaces learn how to regulate stress, build emotional resilience and find clarity under pressure - safely, consciously and with purpose.

What I offer

I help people find calm and clarity in the moments they’d usually avoid.

I motivate individuals who want to feel steadier under pressure and more confident in challenging moments. By embracing challenge with intention, you can discover calm in chaos, clarity in uncertainty and resilience for when it matters the most.

I support organisations that care about how people experience pressure, not just how they perform under it. Using shared experience and intentional challenge, this work helps teams build calm, clarity and resilience that carries into everyday life.
